Flow Measurement System DMS

The Raziol flow measurement systems allow the online monitoring, control and recording of the consumption of forming lubricants applied to blanks, moulded parts, coils etc.

Depending on the application, flow measurement systems with a resolution of 100 impulses per litre up to 25,000 impulses per litre are used.

They are either used as self-sustaining systems or they are integrated in a roller lubricator or spraying system concept.

Prior to leaving the manufacturing company, all flow measurement systems are calibrated depending on the conditions at the customer's premises, the desired measuring range and the chemical / physical properties.

At the same time, Raziol offers an annual maintenance and, if required, recalibration of the devices.

 Self-sustaining systems

     
  • The electronic evaluation unit can be used to determine and read out flow volumes (current and accumulated consumption), e.g. in the format "csvʺ

  • Limiting values (min and max) relating to the relevant "actual consumptionʺ of the system can be entered and saved depending on the product

  • A warning or fault signal is emitted if the actual value falls below or exceeds the preset quantity, for the evaluation by the customer

 Use in roller lubricators

     
  • Monitoring of the preset flow volume in the feeding system to the lubrication rollers

  • A warning or fault signal is emitted if the actual value falls below or exceeds the preset quantity, for the evaluation by the superordinate control system

 Use in spraying systems

     
  • Product dependent storage of the desired amount to be applied [g/m²] in the relevant lubrication pattern in case of spraying systems of the type "Premiumʺ

  • The Raziol control system SPC 4000B checks, in interaction with the measuring head, the amount supplied to the nozzles and readjusts this amount fully-automatically, if required

  • The recording takes place in the operation log

  • Automatic calibration checks for the nozzles incl. evaluation in the control and system concept have been integrated
